Customers are encouraged to check product details, size information and order details carefully before making payment.
3. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless stated otherwise.
SLUX.CO reserves the right to update product prices, promotions, shipping fees and product availability at any time without prior notice.
The final payable amount will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
4. Orders
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit your payment.
Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and arrange delivery based on our Shipping Policy.
SLUX.CO reserves the right to cancel or reject an order if:

The order information is incomplete or incorrect
There is suspected fraud or misuse
There is a pricing, product or system error
If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been made, we will contact you for exchange, store credit or refund arrangement where applicable.

Online payments may be processed through FIUU and/or other payment channels. Payment approval is subject to the relevant payment provider, bank, card issuer or e-wallet provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within Malaysia unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days
East Malaysia: 3 – 6 working days
Delivery time may be affected by courier delays, peak season, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Exchange, Return and Refund
SLUX.CO practises an exchange-only policy for change of mind, dissatisfaction, wrong size selection or preference-related issues. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Exchange is subject to product condition, stock availability and our Return & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds may only be considered in selected cases, such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge, unavailable stock, non-delivery, or where required by applicable payment channel rules or Malaysian law.

8. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the item, packaging and order details.

Promotions, vouchers, discount codes and special offers are subject to their own terms and validity period.
